Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A TRANSESTERIFICAÇÃO DE GRAXA E/OU ÓLEO POR CATÁLISE HETEROGÊNEA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de graxa e/ou óleo com distribuição de ácido graxo alterada nos glicerídeos mediante transesterificação catalisada heterogeneamente, sendo que o processo se constitui da reação da graxa e/ou óleo de origem biológica a ser transesterificado na presença de um catalisador de um sal de metal de um aminoácido básico ou de um derivado de aminoácido. Pelo emprego deste catalisador, as desvantagens do processo de transesterificação tradicional podem ser vencidas.
