Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE AEROGEL E METÁLICAS". Apresentam-se composições de aerogel metálico compreendendo um aerogel, por exemplo, um aerogel RF ou de carbono, com partículas metálicas dispersadas sobre sua superfície. As composições de aerogel podem ter uma distribuição uniforme de pequenas particulas metálicas, por exemplo, de 1 nanômetro de diâmetro de partícula médio. Também se apresentam processos para a preparação das composições de aerogel, que compreendem o contato de um aerogel com um fluido supercrítico contendo um composto metálico. As composições de aerogel são utilizáveis, por exemplo, na fabricação de eletrodos de células de combustível.
