Abstract
"SISTEMA TENSOR DE CORREIA ADAPTÁVEL PARA CONTROLE DE POLIA DE CARGA DE TORQUE REVERSÍVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um tensor (14, 114) para uma correia de transmissão de força sem fim, a correia (12) sendo conduzida em torno de uma roldana. O tensor pode compreender uma base (22, 122), um dispositivo resiliente (46, 146), e primeiro e segundo braços (24, 26; 124, 126) pivotavelmente acoplados para deslocamento em uma direção aberta e uma fechada. O tensor (14, 114) também pode compreender primeira e segunda polias (26, 27; 125, 127) giratoriamente acopladas com os primeiro e segundo braços (24, 26; 124, 126), o dispositivo resiliente (46, 146) compelindo os braços na direção fechada na qual as primeira e segunda polias (25, 27; 125, 127) aplicam tensão à correia (12). O tensor (14, 114) também pode compreender primeiro e segundo batente limitadores (28, 30, 128, 130) posicionados no exterior dos braços sobre a base (22, 122) para limitar o curso dos braços na direção aberta em resposta a um aumento na tensão na correia.
