Abstract
TENSOR DE CORREIA E MÉTODO PARA FAZER UM BRAÇO TENSOR DE CORREIA E UMA ENVOLTURA DE MOLA. Um tensor de correia inclui um braço (14), uma envoltura de mola (16), e uma mola helicoidal (12) que tem primeira e segunda partes de extremidade projetando-se para dentro. Outro tensor de correia inclui uma mola (12), um braço (14), uma envoltura de mola (16), e uma bucha de pivô (24) cercando a mola. Um tensor de correia adicional inclui uma polia inativa (20) tendo um mancal (36) com um furo de montagem (38) e inclui um braço (14) tendo um pilar (42). O pilar é posicionado no furo de montagem, e uma beirada anular (44) do pilar (42) é deformada exteriormente radialmente e sobre o mancal (36). Um método para fabricar um braço (14) e uma envoltura de mola (16) de um tensor de correia (10) inclui obter um molde para fundir um braço de tensor de correia incluindo uma primeira seção e uma segunda seção e obter molde para fundir uma envoltura de mola tensora de correia incluindo um primeiro segmento e um segundo segmento.
