"USO DE DERIVADOS DE ÁCIDO 2-HIDRÓXI OU 2-ACETILÓXI-4-TRIFLUORMETILBENZÓICO COMO UM AGENTE PARA O TRATAMENTO E A PREVENÇÃO DE DETERIORAÇÃO COGNITIVA MODERADA". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de ácido 2-hidróxi ou 2-acetilóxi-4-trifluormetilbenzóico, respectivamente, para o tratamento ou a prevenção de deterioração cognitiva moderada (MCI) em mamíferos, especialmente em seres humanos. Além disso, a presente invenção também diz respeito ao uso de ácido 2-hidróxi ou 2-acetilóxi-4-trifluormetilbenzóico, respectivamente, para retardar ou prevenir a transformação da MCI em demência, especialmente a Doença de Alzheimer.
