Abstract
"MÉTODO DE FUNDIÇÃO CONTÍNUA". Em um método para fundição contínua de uma fita metálica fina (1) de acordo com o método de dois cilindros, fusão metálica (7) é fundida em uma fenda de fundição (3) formada por dois cilindros de fundição (2), com a espessura da fita metálica (1) a ser fundida, sob formação de um banho de fusão (6). A fim de formar uma textura específica dentro da fita metálica fundida elou influenciar a geometria da fita metálica, a fundição contínua é realizada por um cálculo on line, baseado em um modelo aritmético que descreve a formação da textura específica do metal e/ou a formação da geometria da fita metálica, sendo que variáveis do método de fundição contínua que afetam a formação da textura e/ou a geometria são ajustadas de um modo dinâmico on line, isto é, enquanto a fundição está sendo realizada.
