Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO COALESCEDOR ELETROSTÁTICO E UTILIZAÇÃO DO DISPOSITIVO". Trata-se de um dispositivo, localizado em um vaso separador apresentando uma entrada e um número de saídas, através do qual uma mistura de fluidos flui, para promover coalescência eletrostática de um primeiro fluido condutor emulsificado em um segundo fluido, o dito dispositivo compreendendo um número de elementos coalescedores eletrostáticos tubulares se estendendo na direção do fluxo, os quais são dispostos em uma matriz cobrindo substancialmente toda a área da seção transversal do dito vaso, e meios para aplicar um campo elétrico aos fluidos que fluem através dos ditos elementos coalescedores.
