Abstract
"ROTOR E MÉTODO DE CONTROLE". A invenção se refere a um conversor de energia eólica ou de fluxo de água compreendendo uma instalação de rotor, atuada por vento ou por fluxo de água. O rotor compreende uma pluralidade de lâminas, sendo que as lâminas são variáveis em comprimento para prover um rotor de diâmetro variável. O diâmetro de rotor é controlado para estender totalmente o rotor em baixa velocidade de fluxo e para retrair o rotor quando as velocidades de fluxo de elevam, de modo que as cargas fornecidas pelo ou exercidas sobre o dito rotor não excedem limites de ajuste.
