Abstract
"APARELHO PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇÃO DE ARTIGOS COM MÚLTIPLAS CAMADAS". Trata-se de um aparelho para moldagem por injeção de dois materiais poliméricos compatíveis, no qual duas ou mais zonas de plastificação (40, 42) em um parafuso (26) são utilizadas para simultaneamente ou seqüencialmente plastificar os dois materiais em um espaço de acumulação comum (48) através de passagens separadas. A carga compreendendo várias camadas de material é então injetada dentro de um molde fechado por meio do movimento axial para frente do parafuso com respeito ao seu barril circundante (10). Uma vez dentro do molde, o primeiro material forma uma camada externa, totalmente ou parcialmente envolvendo o outro material. Deste modo, uma peça possuindo uma pluralidade de propriedades de material pode ser produzida em uma única operação.
