Abstract
"MÉTODOS PARA A DETECÇÃO DE SEQÜÊNCIAS-ALVO DE ÁCIDO NUCLÉICO COM MARCADORES DIAGNÓSTICOS". Essa invenção fornece métodos para a detecção de seqüências-alvo de ácido nucléico com marcadores diagnósticos incluindo primeira e segunda regiões marcadoras que sejam substancialmente complementares a primeira e a segunda regiões-alvo respectivamente em um filamento-alvo de ácido nucléico onde a primeira região marcadora está localizada (5 ) à segunda região marcadora. A primeira região marcadora é substancialmente complementar à primeira região-alvo, no filamento-alvo de ácido nucléico, que também inclui a segunda região-alvo, onde quando a primeira região-alvo é contígua com a segunda região-alvo no filamento-alvo de ácido nucléico, então a primeira e a segunda regiões marcadoras no marcador diagnóstico são separadas por uma região espaçadora de ácido nucléico.
