Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE UM AÇO DE RESISTÊNCIA ULTRA ELEVADA, PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UM PRODUTO EM AÇO DE RESISTÊNCIA ULTRA ELEVADA E O PRODUTO OBTIDO". A presente invenção compreende uma composição de aço de resistência ultra elevada destinada a ser usada num processo que compreenda pelo menos uma etapa de laminagem a quente. De acordo com a invenção, tal composição possui o seguinte conteúdo: C: entre 1000ppm e 2500ppm; Mn: entre 12000ppm e 25000ppm; Si: entre 1500ppm e 3000ppm; P: entre 100ppm e 600ppm; S: máximo 50ppm; N: máximo 100ppm; Al: máximo 1000ppm; B: entre 10ppm e 35ppm; Tifator=Ti - 3,42N+10 : entre 0ppm e 400ppm; Nb: entre 200ppm e 800ppm; Cr: entre 2500ppm e 7500ppm; Mo: entre 1000ppm e 2500ppm; Ca: entre 0ppm e 50ppm; sendo o remanescente substancialmente constituído por ferro e impurezas ocasionais.
