Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE GRANULADO, GRANULADO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE DISPERSÃO AQUOSA". É descrito um processo para a preparação de granulados que contêm substâncias lipossolúveis e hidrofóbicas, sendo de preferência substâncias esteroidais, e que apresentam uma rápida e excelente dispersabilidade em água. O processo compreende: a) a dispersão da substância (A) em água na presença de um tensoativo (B), b) a incorporação de um excipiente poli-hidroxilado sólido solúvel em água (C) na dispersão aquosa até que uma massa pastosa granulável seja obtida, e c) a granulação da massa. Os granulados assim obtidos são adequados para a preparação, no momento da sua utilização, de suspensões aquosas estáveis e homogêneas que são usadas para finalidades nutricionais, cosméticas ou, de preferência, farmacêuticas.
