No caso de um painel de pára-brisa (5) para um veículo pesado e para a fixação abaixo de um pára-brisa (2) e acima de uma grelha frontal (3) e que é incorporado na frente do veículo, o painel de pára-brisa (5) é feito de um material sintético, é alongado em formato e projetado de modo a se estender com uma superfície (E) que faceia para fora substancialmente por toda a largura do pára-brisa (2). o mesmo tem ainda uma borda superior que é projetada de modo a pelo menos substancialmente constituir uma vedação com relação à região da borda inferior do pára-brisa (2).
