Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE EXIBIÇÃO COM CAMADA MISTA ORGANOMETÁLICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de exibição composto de: (a) um catodo; (b) um anodo; (c) uma região luminescente entre o catodo e o anodo; e uma região opcional adjacente a um dos eletrodos, em que pelo menos um, entre catodo, anodo, região luminescente e região opcional compreende uma camada mista organometálica binária composta de: (i) um material contendo metal inorgânico, (ii) um material orgânico, e (iii) opcionalmente, pelo menos um componente selecionado do grupo que consiste em metais, materiais orgânicos e materiais inorganicos.
