Abstract
"MOLDE E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UM MODELO FUNDIDO DE MATERIAL DE ESPUMA PERDIDA PARA UMA CAMISA DO CILINDRO DE METAL LEVE". Para a fabricação de uma camisa do cilindro de metal leve para motores de combustão interna com uma superfície que facilita a fixação com o material de fundição, a camisa do cilindro é fabricada no processo de espuma perdida e, para a fabricação do modelo fundido de material de espuma, o molde apresenta uma superfície estruturada com diferenças de altura de 0,8 a 5 mm, sendo que a estrutura pode ser formada, por exemplo, por ranhuras ou elevações longitudinais.
