Abstract
"MOLDE DE INJEÇÃO SEQÜENCIALMENTE SEPARADO EM ETAPAS". A invenção refere-se a um molde por injeção separado seqüencialmente em etapas (40) para a formação de um bocal de recipiente (14) possuindo um flange periférico (18), uma parede lateral geralmente cilíndrica (20), um painel removível (30) fixado dentro da parede lateral, e um anel de puxar (32) conectado ao painel removível. O molde inclui uma base (42), e um primeiro elemento (44) acoplado à base incluindo uma porta (45). Uma placa núcleo (60) móvel com relação à base, e um elemento núcleo (62) confrontando o primeiro elemento de molde. Uma manga (76) cerca o elemento núcleo possuindo um canal (84) para definir o anel de puxar. A manga move com relação ao elemento núcleo para permitir a liberação de um anel de puxar moldado. Um anel de retirada (96) cerca a manga com uma borda (98) posicionada de forma contígua à superfície voltada para fora da manga, o anel de retirada sendo móvel ao longo da manga.
