Abstract
"REVESTIMENTO / ISOLAMENTO DE DENSIDADE MÚLTIPLA". Um revestimento / isolamento (10) inclui um coxim de material fibroso (12), apresentando uma porção de isolamento acústica, elevada (14) e uma película de densidade relativamente mais alta (16), ao longo de uma primeira face do mesmo, que pode funcionar com uma barreira contra água. O revestimento acústico é não laminado, constituído de poliéster, polietileno, polipropileno, tereftalato de polietileno, fibras de vidro, fibras naturais e quaisquer misturas dos mesmos. Para determinadas aplicações o revestimento / isolamento pode incorporar uma cobertura em um ou mesmo em duas faces opostas do mesmo. Um método de isolamento de porta (38), incluindo um painel de corpo externo (40) e um painel em faixa interno (44), bem como uma porta para um veículo também encontram-se divulgados e reivindicados.
