Abstract
"TUBO PARA TRANSPORTAR UM MEIO PRESSURIZADO". Um tubo para transportar um meio pressurizado compreende um corpo de tubo plástico (1), bem como, reforço (2-4) estendendo-se na direção circunferencial do mesmo para absorver as forças de tração originadas em conseqüência da sobrepressão, cujo reforço é construido como uma tira de material plástico (2) contendo uma série de arames (3) de uma resistência à tração relativamente elevada e/ou rigidez, cujos arames estendem-se ao longo um do outro na direção longitudinal da tira de material plástico, cuja tira de material plástico contendo arames é enrolada em espiral com relação ao corpo de tubo plástico. O reforço compreende arames de aço, de preferência, uma série de arames de aço encerrados pela tira de material plástico.
