Abstract
"MATERIAL COMPOSTO DE MANCAL DE DESLIZAMENTO COM UMA CAMADA DE APOIO METÁLICA". A presente invenção refere-se ao material composto de mancal de deslizamento com uma camada de apoio metálica, com uma camada de suporte porosa aplicada sobre esta e uma camada de deslizamento que se baseia à base de PTFE formadora de uma área de deslizamento para um participante de deslizamento, sendo que o material da camada de deslizamento formador da camada de deslizamento também preenche os poros da camada de suporte e abrange pelo menos 60 %, em volume, de PTFE e 10 - 25 %, em volume, de sulfeto de zinco, sendo que o material da camada de deslizamento apresenta, além disso, 2 - 7 %, em volume, de PFA e 3 - 7 % em volume, de PPSO~ 2~.
