Abstract
MATERIAL DE MANCAL DESLIZANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um material de mancal deslizante, com uma camada de apoio metálica e uma camada de metal antifricção isenta de chumbo, de partículas de pó sinterizadas densamente de bronze de estanho, com aditivos de bismuto: para produzir um material de mancal deslizante isento de chumbo com, não obstante, boas propriedades tribológicas e alta capacidade de carga, a camada de metal antifricção está formada de um pó sinterizado, que consiste em partículas de pó, que compreendem 9,5 - 11% em peso de estanho e 7 - 13% em peso de bismuto e cobre, sendo que as partículas de pó apresentam uma forma nodular, divergente da forma esférica regular, mas sem arestas nem entalhaes.
