Abstract
"JUNÇÃO POR TRAVAMENTO DE PARTÍCULAS". A invenção compreende uma junta, formada por interação mecânica de partículas (101) com as partes (100, 200) a serem unidas. As partículas (101) engatam uma superfície de interface (103, 104) de cada parte (100, 200), gerando uma condição de alto atrito que impede um movimento adicional relativo das partes (100, 200), uma vez que estas estejam montadas. As partículas (101) apresentam uma morfologia substancialmente plana ou similar a um floco. A superfície de cada partícula (101) é áspera para aumentar o engate mecânico com cada superfície de interface (103, 104). O formato similar a um floco impede que a partícula (101) penetre uma parte elastomérica, a qual iria conferir uma ineficácia à partícula no processo de junção.
