"BROCA DENTAL". Uma broca dental para uso em reparo de uma lesão por cárie tem uma supefície de trabalho incluindo elementos de corte que são defletidos ou se desgastam ao encontrar material tendo uma dureza igual ou acima da dureza pré-selecionada, em que a mencionada dureza pré-selecionada fica abaixo da dureza de dentina normal e ficar geralmente abaixo de uma dureza correspondente ao limite inferior de dureza da dentina pré-cariada a ser conservada em procedimentos sem dor.
