Abstract
"APARELHO PARA O AMORTECIMENTO DE RESSONÂNCIA EM UM CONDUTO". A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho para o amortecimento de ressonância em um conduto (10) para transporte de gases de exaustão a partir de um motor de combustão interna. A ressonância é amortecida em virtude do conduto (10) estar proporcionado com pelo menos uma perfuração (14) localizada em uma distância a partir da extremidade externa (11) do conduto e em um ponto no conduto (10) com uma pressão estática comparativamente inferior àquela pressão uma pequena extensão a jusante da perfuração (14). A perfuração (14) forma uma conexão acústica entre o interior do conduto (10) e a atmosfera circundante.
