A presente invenção propicia composição farmaceuticamente eficaz que compreende os derivados de ácido ascórbico com lisina e prolina. A presente invenção também inclui métodos de utilização em campos de pesquisa que incluem aplicações em medicina, nutrição, fisiologia e farmacologia, mas não limitados a estes.
