Caracterizado por constituir-se de dois moduladores de pulsos em largura, complementares, conectados em classe B que geram pulsos modulados em largura com conteúdo espectral mínimo quando o sinal de entrada aproxima-se de zero e nulo quando é zero, facilitando a demodulacão por un filtro passa baixa e facilitando a inclusão de realimentação negativa em amplificadores utilizados em áudio.
