Abstract

TOPOLOGIA DE CIRCUITOS ELETRÔNICOS QUE PERMITE IMPLEMENTAR DISPOSITIVOS COM SUPER TRANSCONDUTÂNCIA ESTÁVEL. A topologia objeto desta patente de invençâo é constituída e caracterizada por uma malha de realimentação positiva com realimentação crítica (ganho de malha fechada igual à 1) cujo ganho não depende dos parâmetros dos componentes utilizados. Como conseqüência o determinante da funçâo de transferência é nulo o que gera uma super transcondutância estável. As aplicações englobam todas as aplicações dos amplificadores operacionais.
