Desenvolvido para fornecer um cadastro completo de efetuação e recebimento de ligações telefônicas, constituído de um hardware microprocessador (1) controlado por inteligência artificial, instalado na placa serial (2), da mother-board (3), da CPU (4), de onde são interligados ao teclado (5), monitor (6) e aparelho telefônico (7); sendo que o aparelho telefônico (7) deverá estar interligado à linha telefônica (8) da concessionária, e à fonte (9) que alimenta o hardware (1), sendo ainda, dito aparelho telefônico (7), interligado à CPU (4), por meio do cabo (10), de transmissão de dados.
