O qual consiste em um dispositivo e respectivo sistema eletro-eletrônico para fornecimento constante e ininterrupto de corrente de tensão de 12 volts, 5 ampéres por um período de quatro horas para atendimentos médicos de emergência, fonte esta que inclui: um conversor (2) de 12a/12b para 12 v.c.c.; um carregador (4); um distribuidor (5) e um painel monitor (6) pelo qual é feito o monitoramento do dispositivo e sistema suporte.
