Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE VERNIZES EM PÓ". A presente invenção se refere a um método para a produção de vernizes em pó o qual compreende as etapas de: (a) preparar uma pasta a qual compreende pelo menos uma resina plástica termoestável, pelo menos um agente de endurecimento, pelo menos um pigmento e água e fazer escorrer essa pasta em forma de camada fina e em condições de elevada turbulência em contato com uma parede (1a) a uma temperatura pré-determinada; e b) secar a referida pasta fazendo-a escorrer em camada fina e turbulenta em contato com uma parede (101a) aquecida e eventualmente com um fluxo de gás aquecido.
