Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE FORMAÇÃO DE UM NÚCLEO DE AREIA PARA UM MOLDE". Método de moldagem com areia para uma peça de fundição que apresenta um ou diversos contra-ângulos de desmoldagem, segundo o qual a impressão completa da peça a ser fundida é constituída por um único núcleo de areia (16) realizado com o auxílio de um modelo (10) que, em si, não é desmoldável. Para poder ser desmoldado, o modelo (10) é constituído por diversos elementos (10a, 10b, 10c) dos quais pelo menos um é desmontável. A separação desse elemento desmoldável (10a) permite que sejam separados os demais elementos (10b, 10c) fora do núcleo (16).
