O dispositivo eletromecânico objeto desta patente decorre diretamente da pesquisa e do desenvolvimento de uma nova técnica médica de respiração induzida sobre pacientes/usuários que por qualquer motivo necessite de auxilio respiratório. A inovação que ora se apresenta, consiste na quebra do paradigma de administração de oxigênio Via pulmões, sendo, para tal, necessário o dispositivo objeto desta patente, Nesta nova técnica a administração do oxigênio é endógena, isto é, o oxigênio é administrado, de maneira controlada, diretamente na corrente sangüinea via artéria e/ou veias.
