Abstract
"EJETOR PARA DILUIÇÃO DE FOSFINA". Trata-se de um ejetor para diluição de fosfina (fórmula química PH~ 3~), com gás, preferivelmente ar, compreendendo uma indução de ar similar a um tubo (6) , uma fenda engatada similar a um anel (2) (fenda anelar) e/ou pelo menos um pequeno tubo lateral montado como indutor de PH~ 3~, onde a espessura da abertura em fenda e/ou da abertura do pequeno tubo é de no máximo 1/25 do diâmetro do tubo de indução de ar (indutor), e/ou da distância entre a superfície de um elemento de condução de ar e a lateral interna da indução de ar similar a um tubo (indutor) na área de entrada (alimentação) do PH~ 3~.
