Abstract
"OLIGOPEPTÍDEOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO OSTEOGÊNICO COMO ESTIMULANTES DE HEMATOPOESE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo como um ingrediente eficaz um oligopeptídeo idêntico ou análogo à porção de C-terminal de OGP, tendo atividade enxaguadora na produção de células hematopóeticas. Oligopeptídeos preferidos que são usados são Tyr-Gly-Phe-Gly-Gly, Tyr-Gly-Phe-His-Gly, Gly-Phe-Gly-Gly e Met-Tyr-Gly-Phe-Gly-Gly. Mais especificamente, estes oligopeptídeos realçam o enxerto de transplantes de medula óssea, reconstrução hemopoiética, repopulação da medula óssea e mobilização de célula tronco periférica, preferivelmente depois da quimioterapia ou irradiação. A invenção também fornece métodos de tratamento e para usar estes oligopeptídeos na preparação de composições farmacêuticas.
