Abstract

"SISTEMA DE TERMOSTATO DE CARTUCHO". A presente invenção fornece um sistema de termostato de cartucho (100) que permite e remoção e a substituição do termostato (130) sem a remoção do alojamento ou do coletor de refrigerante (105). No sistema de termostato de cartucho (100), um coletor de refrigerante (105) está montado sobre um cabeçote de cilindro de motor (110). O cabeçote de cilindro (110) tem uma derivação do motor (165) e uma abertura de refrigerante (120) para receber um piloto (115) sobre o coletor de refrigerante (105). O coletor de refrigerante (105) ainda compreende pelo menos uma abertura de termostato (175) com um termostato de cartucho (130) associado e pelo menos uma passagem (170) para um fluxo apropriado de refrigerante. O termostato de cartucho (130) fixa na abertura de termostato (175) e posiciona operativamente um plugue (155) na derivação do motor (165) e uma luva (807) a uma passagem de refrigerante (180). Um plugue de cera (415) dentro do termostato de cartucho (130) se expande quando o refrigerante está quente e por meio disto posiciona apropriadamente e simultaneamente o plugue (155) em relação à derivação do motor (165) e a luva (807) em relação à passagem de refrigerante (180).
