Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA RECUPERAR DIÓXIDO DE TITÂNIO DE MATERIAIS CONTENDO DIÓXIDO DE TITÂNIO COMO ESCÓRIAS DE FABRICAÇÃO DE AÇO". Um método para recuperar dióxido de titânio de uma matéria prima contendo dióxido de titânio, tal como p. e., escórias de aço ricas em TiO~ 2~ inclui as etapas de moer a matéria prima de dióxido de titânio, reagir o material de suprimento bruto particulado com ácido sulfúrico sob condições especificadas, digerir e filtrar o material de torta resultante contendo sulfato de titanila, hidrolisar o sulfato de titanila e, depois de lavar o hidrolisado, calcinar o hidrolisado para produzir dióxido de titânio.
