A composição de aroma inclui um constituinte de aroma de café e um constituinte veiculo orgânico volátil. O veículo está em estado líquido a 25 C, e tem uma pressão de vapor de pelo menos 0,01 mm Hg a 25 C, um ponto de ebulição na faixa de 25 a 250 C, uma densidade inferior a 1,0 g/cm^ 3^, e uma solubilidade em água não ultrapassando 10% em peso a 25 C.
