Abstract
ALIMENTOS QUE CONTÉM LEITE TENDO ALTOS NÍVEIS DE LACTOSE. Um componente alimentício com base em leite é fornecido que inclui altos níveis de lactose em umidade, mas ainda retém uma consistência lisa e cremosa. As composições e métodos fornecem níveis mais altos de lactose na fase de umidade do que anteriormente descoberto possível e ainda retém tamanhos de cristal baixos em um produto acabado para manter uma textura lisa e cremosa.
