Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE MOLDES PARA CORREIAS DENTADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para a fabricação de moldes para correias dentadas. Um rebolo para perfilar (9) com uma circunferência perfilada é utilizado no lugar de uma ferramenta de usinagem para colocar em uma circunferência de uma peça a ser trabalhada (4) cilíndrica uma matriz de contorno de dente desejado para uma correia dentada. O perfil da circunferência do rebolo para perfilar (9) é feito com a utilização de um pino de retificação (11) de diamante controlado por CNC, ou, como alternativa, com um diamante de perfilação (19).
