Abstract
"MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA O PROCESSAMENTO DE CARCAÇAS". Descreve-se um método para o processamento de carne ao longo de uma linha de processamento de carne. O método inclui as etapas de remover as vísceras de uma carcaça, acumular a carcaça ao longo de uma pilha de trilho inativo da linha de processamento de carne, lavar a carcaça e inspecionar a carcaça em uma estação de inspeção seguinte ao ato de lavar a carcaça.
