Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA VEDAR EMBALAGENS DURANTE MOVIMENTAÇÃO CONTÍNUA, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA VEDAÇÃO CONTÍNUA DE EMBALAGENS EM UMA ESTAÇÃO DE VEDAÇÃO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo para vedar embalagens (1) durante movimentação contínua. Uma fila de embalagens (1) é acionada por meio de um motor (8) através de uma estação de vedação compreendendo um indutor (4). O indutor (4) é acionado em forma de pulso por meio de um indutor IH (aquecimento por indução) (5). Um sistema PLC (6) é usado para controlar o gerador de IH (5). O sistema PLC (6) recebe informação com relação à velocidade e posição das embalagens (1) por meio e uma unidade de motor (9) e um codificador (7), respectivamente.
