"PROCESSO PARA A MULTIPLICAÇÃO DE POLIPEPTÍDEOS SINTETIZADOS QUIMICAMENTE E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE PROTEÍNAS BIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a multiplicação de polipeptídeos sintetizados quimicamente, compreendendo tratar um polipeptídeo e/ou proteína que compreenda dois ou mais derivados de radicais cisteínas com um agente redutor em um tampão de multiplicação possuindo um pH e temperatura predeterminados, onde o derivado de radical cisteína corresponde ao radical S-butil-tio-cisteína e onde o agente redutor é a cisteína.
