Abstract
"FORMA DE IMPRESSÃO LITOGRÁFICA E MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO E USO DA MESMA". Trata-se de um precursor de forma de impressão trabalhando positivo compreende uma composição que pode ser feita termicamente imagem que inclui um polímero contendo grupo hidroxila, por exemplo, uma resina novolak. A composição tem um peso de menos que 1,1 g^ -2^. Foi verificado que usando-se um baixo peso da composição sobre o precursor aperfeiçoa as propriedades do precursor, em particular tornando a sensitividade do precursor em formar imagem de radiação menos variável com o tempo.
