"ESTRUTURAS CRISTALINAS E TRIDIMENSIONAIS DE LECTINA E SEMELHANTE A EGF (LE) DE P-LECTINA". A invenção EPO105854nt se refere às estruturas cristalinas e tridimensionais da lectina e semelhante a EGF (LE) de P-lectina, às estruturas cristalinas e tridimensionais de P-selectina LE e E-selectina LE cada uma complexada com SLe*, assim como à estrutura cristalina e tridimensional de P-selectina LE complexada com um peptídeo de PSGL-1 funcional modificado tanto por sulfatação de tirosina como por SLex. A presente invenção também propõe processos para a identificação de agentes que ativam ou inibem cada uma das estruturas acima. Além disso, a presente invenção propõe agentes identificados por tais processos.
