"MÉTODO PARA HABILITAR O RECEBIMENTO DE UMA RADIOMENSAGEM COMUTADA POR PACOTE POR UMA ESTAÇÃO MÓVEL". Um mecanismo para notificar a estação móvel do recebimento de uma mensagem de radiochamada comutada por pacote em um sistema de comunicação GSM. Uma controladora de estação base (108) envia a mensagem de radiochamada comutada por pacote para a estação móvel (116) ao longo de um canal de controle dedicado principal em resposta à estação móvel ser capaz de operar no modo de transferência dual e estar atualmente engajada em atividade de intercâmbio de voz comutada por circuito, resultando em uma transmissão simultânea de voz e de dados no modo de transferência dual.
