O processo pode compreender cristalização de uma solução de cabergolina bruta em um solvente orgânico em baixas temperaturas ou submeter a um procedimento de formação de pasta uma mistura das Formas I e II de cabergolina em um solvente a uma temperatura abaixo de aproximadamente 30 C.
