Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA FORMAR CAMADAS DE ÓXIDO DE ESPESSURA MÚLTIPLA DE ALTA QUALIDADE ATRAVÉS DA REDUÇÃO DOS DEFEITOS INDUZIDOS POR ESCORIAÇÃO". Divulga-se um método para formar camadas de óxido de alta qualidade possuindo diferentes espessuras através da eliminação dos defeitos induzidos por escoriações. Um substrato semicondutor é sujeitado à gravação iônica reativa. O substrato semicondutor inclui uma pastilha 4, uma camada de óxido 2 sobre a pastilha, e uma máscara fotoresistente desenvolvida 8 sobre a camada de óxido. A camada de óxido 2 é então gravada, e a máscara fotoresistente remanescente 8 é decapada antes que uma outra camada de óxido 14 seja desenvolvida sobre o substrato.
