Abstract
"CABEÇOTE DE SOLDA". Um processo para posicionar perno de solda (15), que fica apoiado em um cabeçote para soldar perno (3), prevê que o robô (5), no qual o cabeçote para solda de perno (3) está fixado, mova o cabeçote para solda de perno lateralmente até um elemento sensor (21) tocar uma parede lateral (25) da peça de trabalho. Desse modo, a posição da parede lateral (25) é detectada, e o cabeçote para solda de perno (3) pode ser deslocado por um valor desejado (Y) até uma posição inicial de soldagem, a partir da qual o perno de solda (15) é soldado na peça de trabalho mediante o deslocamento em direção de avanço (V). O perno de solda (15) sempre terá, portanto, a distância requerida (Z ) em relação à parede lateral (25 ) , independentemente de tolerâncias na peça de trabalho,
