Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES ANTIMICROBIAIS ÁCIDAS PARA TRATAR ALIMENTO E SUPERFÍCIES DE CONTATO DO ALIMENTO E MÉTODOS PARA USO DAS MESMAS". Composições antimicrobiais ácidas para tratar superfícies do alimento e superfícies de contato do alimento compreendem um ácido orgânico e um tensoativo, dita composição tendo um pH de aproximadamente 2 a cerca de 5. Composições antimicrobiais ácidas concentradas preferivelmente compreendem um agente estabilizante para prevenir precipitação do tensoativo em diluição da composição concentrada. Métodos de uso compreende entrando em contato superfícies do alimento ou superfícies de contato do alimento com as composições da presente invenção. Artigos de produção compreendem um recipiente, uma composição antimicrobial ácida, e uma série de instruções em associação com o recipiente.
