Abstract

"FECHO DE SEGURANÇA PARA GARRAFAS DE BEBIDAS ALCOÓLICAS E SIMILARES". A presente invenção refere-se a uma fecho de segurança para garrafas de bebidas alcoólicas e similares, compreendendo uma tampa de batente (3) tendo uma parede terminal (4), uma saia (5) que se estende da mencionada parede terminal para um eixo (X-X) perpendicular à última, uma vedação de segurança (6) anexada à mencionada saia, e uma luva (7) que é rosqueada na mencionada tampa de batente e se encaixa rapidamente de modo não removível sobre o gargalo (28) de uma garrafa, cujo fecho é caracterizado pelo fato da mencionada saia (5) compreender meios de batente (13) que provêm uma superfície de encosto para um limite (25) presente sobre a mencionada luva (7).
