A invenção se refere a uma bandeja de contato de gás-líquido, compreendendo uma área de bolha e uma ou mais aberturas de tubo de descenso, espaçadas dentro da área de bolha, em que um anteparo provido com uma pluralidade de aberturas está presente acima da abertura de tubo de descenso e anteparo este que se estende desde ambos os lados longitudinais do tubo de descenso retangular.
